Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent.
• 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams.
• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• Experience in project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk and critical path management.
• Experience leading highly technical programs involving infrastructure and systems engineering.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate infrastructure and R&D programs across internal teams and external collaborators.
• Define and standardize technical project management practices at the Center.
• Promote project visibility to senior leadership with regular reporting.
• Leverage domain knowledge to optimize lab operations and infrastructure needs.
