Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts (FIDIC, NEC).
• Proficiency with cost estimation software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documents.
• Administer contracts, manage variations, claims, and payments.
• Monitor expenditure and cash flow; provide cost reports to stakeholders.
• Advise on procurement strategies, contract negotiations, and risk management.
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses.
