Job description

Our client is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their remote team. This role is essential for managing all costs relating to construction projects, from initial calculations and estimations to final accounting. You will play a crucial part in ensuring that projects remain financially viable by controlling costs and advising on procurement strategies. The successful candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a thorough understanding of construction contracts, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fully remote capacity, contributing to the financial success and integrity of our client's construction endeavors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documents for construction projects.
  • Administer construction contracts, including managing variations, claims, and payments.
