Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in CS/Engineering/Info Systems.
• 8+ years of professional quality engineering or test automation.
• 3+ years as domain-level quality expert across complex distributed platforms.
• Influence on quality practices and automation standards across teams.
• Deep experience with test automation strategy, tooling, and quality improvement.

Responsibilities

• Set strategic direction for the ExamDeveloper quality system, including process, automation, tooling, and metrics.
• Partner with Product Architect and Engineering leadership to define long-term automation and quality strategy.
• Drive improvements to testing efficiency, reliability, and release confidence across domains.
• Establish quality metrics to inform decisions (automation health, defect leakage, cycle time).
• Mentor senior quality engineers and build quality capability across teams.
• Provide technical oversight of QA practices and artifacts for maintainability and impact.
• Evaluate emerging tools and AI-assisted testing practices for better quality and delivery.
