Pearson is seeking a Lead Specialist, Technical Architect (Quality) for ExamDeveloper. You will set the quality strategy, lead automation efforts, and mentor QA engineers across multiple Agile teams to improve reliability and release confidence.

You will act as the domain SME, influence architecture, and collaborate with Product and Engineering leadership. Requires 8+ years in quality engineering and 3+ years as a domain expert. Remote within the United States.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of professional quality engineering, software testing, or test automation experience.
• 3+ years operating as a domain-level quality expert or SME across complex, distributed platforms.
• Demonstrated influence on quality practices, automation frameworks, or standards adopted across multiple teams.
• Deep experience with test automation strategy, tooling, and quality improvement.
• Experience operating in large product environments with multiple Agile teams, distributed QA teams, and high volumes of testing and release-readiness decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Quality strategy and direction for ExamDeveloper quality system across the domain.
• Partner with Product Architect and Engineering leadership to determine long-term automation and quality strategy.
• Drive improvements to testing automation, data, tooling, and processes to reduce risk.
• Establish quality metrics for automation health, test reliability, and release readiness.
• Mentor senior quality engineers and coach teams on automated test suites and quality practices.
• Provide technical oversight of QA artifacts and ensure alignment to standards.
