WebstaurantStore is seeking a Senior QA Performance Engineer to drive performance testing across web and mobile apps in a remote capacity. You will own load testing end-to-end, design scenarios, and collaborate with engineering to improve scalability as we scale containerized deployments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of performance test simulations and/or performance analysis for web-based enterprise apps.
• Hands-on with JMeter and performance monitoring tools like Grafana.
• Experience designing load, stress, and scalability tests based on usage patterns.
• Proficient in C#.NET or Java; strong SQL knowledge.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, containerized deployments, and infra components.

Responsibilities

• Perform load and performance testing on web and mobile applications using JMeter.
• Collect KPIs, design tests, and deliver reports to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineering to analyze defects and drive resolutions.
• Mentor junior engineers on performance testing best practices.
• Create Grafana dashboards and stay current with testing methodologies.
• Plan and strategy with leadership for performance testing roadmaps.
