Job summary

PlanIT Group is seeking a Performance Tester for a remote role. The candidate will lead load testing efforts using LoadRunner Enterprise, ALM, and UFT, and will ensure performance test scripts align with SDLC processes.

Responsibilities include developing test plans, executing tests, analyzing results, and reporting bottlenecks. Strong communication and mentoring skills are required to support enterprise-wide performance initiatives.

Qualifications

• Eight or more years of experience in software development or software quality assurance
• Degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science preferred
• Able to perform all functional duties independently on high-visibility programs
• Able to oversee the efforts of direct reporting resources and be responsible for all staff on a project
• Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

• Performance testing SDLC executions, development of performance test scripts, test plans, test executions, analysis, and reporting
• Develop, implement, and maintain performance testing policies, frameworks, and best practices
• Create, update, and manage training materials for performance testing and automation
• Deliver ongoing coaching and mentoring to cross-functional teams to enhance automation and performance testing
