Job summary

WebstaurantStore is seeking a Senior QA Performance Engineer to own end-to-end performance testing across web and mobile apps as we scale infrastructure and containerized deployments. You will lead load testing, KPI collection, and reporting, collaborating with engineering and leadership to shape performance strategy.

Responsibilities include mentoring engineers, updating tools and methods, and producing clear documentation while aligning with leadership on performance strategy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of performance test simulations and/or analysis for web-based enterprise apps.
• Experience installing, configuring, using JMeter and monitoring tools like Grafana.
• Designing test scenarios and load profiles based on usage patterns.
• Proficiency in C#.NET or Java and knowledge of infra components.

Responsibilities

• Perform load, stress, and scalability tests on web and mobile apps.
• Collect KPIs from stakeholders and deliver comprehensive reports.
• Collaborate on performance test cases and provide data for bug entry.
• Mentor Mid and Junior Engineers on performance testing best practices.
• Create and update documentation and estimate Level of Effort.
