Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering or a related field.
- 7–10 years of Software Quality Assurance experience.
- 3+ years of leadership experience managing QA teams.
- Proficiency with AI tools to improve testing and productivity.
- Experience integrating automation into CI/CD and Agile workflows.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing QA team across web and mobile apps.
- Own QA strategy, test planning, and automation initiatives.
- Promote AI-driven QA practices while ensuring engineering quality.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Product to improve SDLC quality.
- Measure quality metrics and drive continuous improvement.
