Job summary

TherapyNotes.com is seeking a Senior QA Automation Engineer to design, develop, and maintain automated testing solutions across API and UI for our SaaS platform. You will lead testing initiatives, mentor teammates, and contribute to load testing to validate scalability and reliability.

As a senior member, you will promote best practices in automation, drive testing strategy across distributed teams, and ensure high-quality software delivery.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Agile, collaborative environments.
• 5+ years building API and UI test automation.
• Hands-on with automation frameworks (Selenium, Cucumber, Playwright).
• Experience with load/performance testing tools (JMeter, k6, Gatling).

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain scalable automated test suites for API and UI.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Contribute to load, stress, and endurance testing efforts.
• Identify performance bottlenecks and work with engineers on remediation.
• Analyze failures and produce actionable defect reports.
• Perform manual testing where automation is not suitable.
