Job summary
Lynn Rodens is seeking a Senior Testing Analyst for a fully remote role within the United States. The position focuses on delivering reliable software for healthcare operations, requiring expertise in manual and automated testing, and mentoring junior analysts.
You will design testing strategies, establish QA standards, run test plans, expand automation across enterprise applications, collaborate with developers, stakeholders, and vendors, and participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
- U.S. Citizenship required.
- Experience with Salesforce required.
- Ability to obtain a favorable Interim and final Department of Defense background investigation.
- 5+ years of software QA/testing experience.
- Experience creating automated test scripts and testing web applications and APIs.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Develop testing strategies and QA standards.
- Create and execute comprehensive test plans.
- Expand automation coverage across enterprise applications.
- Collaborate with developers, stakeholders and third-party vendors.
- Perform system, regression, performance, API, ETL, and UAT testing.
- Analyze defects and coordinate resolutions.
- Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies and mentor junior analysts.
