Job summary

TherapyNotes LLC is seeking a Senior QA Automation Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable automated testing across API and UI for our leading SaaS behavioral health platform.

You will mentor peers, promote automation best practices, and drive testing strategies in a distributed engineering organization while contributing to load and performance testing to validate system scalability and reliability.

Qualifications

8+ years in an Agile, highly collaborative environment.
5+ years developing API and UI test automation solutions.
Hands-on with test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cucumber, Playwright).
Proficiency in OO programming and design patterns; languages: C#, Java, or JavaScript.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable automated test suites for API and UI layers.
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to improve delivery speed.
Contribute to load, stress, and endurance testing for performance validation.
Mentor peers and promote best practices in automation and testing strategy.
Identify bottlenecks and partner with engineering to remediate issues.
Perform manual testing where appropriate and ensure overall quality standards.
