Job summary
Ladders is seeking a Senior QA Automation Engineer (HELOC) to build and scale automated quality practices across the software delivery lifecycle for a financial services product. You will partner with developers, QA platforms, and release stakeholders to improve test coverage and deployment confidence, leveraging AI-enabled workflows.
Remote role open to US-based candidates; compensation ranges from $110,000 to $130,000 annually, with a focus on functional and performance validation in ephemeral
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in QA automation engineering.
- Proficiency in Java and automation frameworks such as Selenium and Playwright.
- Experience with deployment tools like ArgoCD and Jenkins.
- Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Understanding of log aggregation and monitoring tools like SumoLogic or Grafana.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Develop test automation aligned with feature development.
- Use AI tools to create test plans and enhance automation efforts.
- Define AI workflows that help developers leverage existing tests.
- Execute functional and performance tests using disposable environments.
- Deploy and configure services through to production.
- Analyze log files to troubleshoot production issues.
- Create automation solutions in collaboration with the QA platform team.
