Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior QA Automation Engineer (HELOC) to build and scale automated quality practices across the software delivery lifecycle for a financial services product. You will partner with developers, QA platforms, and release stakeholders to improve test coverage and deployment confidence, leveraging AI-enabled workflows.

Remote role open to US-based candidates; compensation ranges from $110,000 to $130,000 annually, with a focus on functional and performance validation in ephemeral

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in QA automation engineering.
• Proficiency in Java and automation frameworks such as Selenium and Playwright.
• Experience with deployment tools like ArgoCD and Jenkins.
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Understanding of log aggregation and monitoring tools like SumoLogic or Grafana.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies.

For our client, we are seeking a Senior QA Automation Engineer (HELOC) to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.

This role will focus on building and scaling automated quality practices across the software delivery lifecycle for a financial services product. You will partner closely with developers, QA platform teammates, and release stakeholders to improve test coverage, strengthen deployment confidence, and help troubleshoot issues in production. The position also includes leveraging AI-enabled workflows to accelerate test planning and automation while supporting both functional and performance validation in ephemeral environments.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually
