Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of software QA/testing experience.
• Experience with Playwright, WebdriverIO, Cypress, or Selenium.
• Experience with REST/GraphQL API testing using Postman.
• Strong understanding of testing principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Advanced troubleshooting and debugging to root-cause failures.
• Excellent written and spoken English, able to communicate across teams.
• Proven ability to work in startup environments and own projects.
• Experience collaborating with offshore teams and cross-cultural coordination.

Responsibilities

• About 50% manual and 50% automation.
• Owning testing projects from start to finish, including test planning, execution, and reporting.
• Writing test cases to verify the functionality and reliability of our software applications.
• Collaborating with engineers to identify and resolve software defects and ensure high-quality releases.
• Maintaining and developing code for end-to-end automation testing frameworks (UI, API, mobile), and enhancing their functionality.
• Tracking and reporting test metrics, providing insights into test progress and software quality.
• Providing and implementing new perspectives to improve SDLC and QA practices.
