Job summary

GCS Recruitment in Nashville, TN, seeks an experienced QA professional to drive manual testing across software and mobile apps, develop and maintain test cases, and ensure software quality throughout the SDLC. You will collaborate with developers, product managers, and Agile teams, track defects, support API testing, and contribute to quality releases.

Qualifications

5+ years of Quality Assurance experience.
Strong background in software and mobile application testing.
Experience creating and maintaining detailed test cases and test plans.
Familiarity with API testing methodologies and tools.
Experience working within Agile development environments.

Responsibilities

Execute manual testing for software and mobile applications.
Develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive test cases and test scenarios.
Identify, document, and track defects through resolution.
Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and Agile teams.
Learn new products quickly and become a subject matter expert on functionality and user experience.
Ensure releases meet quality standards and business requirements.
Support API testing efforts and validate integrations between systems.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives.
