Precisely is seeking a Senior Automation Engineer to design, build, and scale automation that connects tools, systems, and teams across documentation and localization. You will lead end-to-end automation frameworks, API integrations, and AI-enabled content operations in a distributed, remote-friendly setup.

The role requires deep Python expertise, Git-based pipelines, and experience delivering production-grade automation.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in CS, engineering, information systems, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years in automation or software engineering.
• Strong Python proficiency for production-grade automation.
• Experience with Git-based workflows and CI/CD.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted automation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of automation across docs, localization, and content ops.
• Build and operate agents, scripts, and pipelines replacing manual processes.
• Integrate systems via REST APIs to enable end-to-end workflows.
• Apply AI/LLM capabilities to generate, validate, transform, and enrich content.
• Ensure reliability, performance, and maintainability with monitoring and improvements.
• Mentor teammates and contribute to standards and reusable components.
