Job summary

Precisely is seeking a Senior Automation Engineer to design, build, and scale automation across documentation, localization, and software development lifecycles. You will lead production-grade agents, leverage REST APIs, and apply AI-enabled capabilities to improve content workflows.

The role requires 5+ years in automation or related fields, strong Python skills, and hands-on experience with Git-based workflows and CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years in automation engineering or related fields.
• Strong Python proficiency and production-grade automation.
• Experience with Git-based workflows and GitHub.
• Familiar with Jira/Linear or similar planning tools.
• Solid CI/CD knowledge: GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, Azure DevOps.
• Able to work with global teams; flexible hours include late afternoons.

Responsibilities

• Lead automation design across documentation, localization, and dev workflows.
• Build and operate production-grade agents and automation pipelines.
• Architect systems via REST APIs for scalable end-to-end workflows.
