Responsibilities

• Review, analyze and select best sources of supply and vendors.
• Negotiate prices, terms and delivery for feed ingredients to keep orders complete and on time.
• Create purchase orders and contracts; place orders with vendors and complete ERP purchase orders.
• Communicate ingredient supply issues to other functions to support reformulation efforts.
• Build strong relationships with Plant Managers and Production Teams.
