Job summary

ASRC Federal is seeking a Proposal Coordinator to support the Proposal Operations Center. This is a remote position with travel primarily within the Washington, DC metro area, and occasional travel across the United States.

The ideal candidate will manage and produce proposals, maintain SharePoint sites, and provide desktop publishing support across all milestones, working closely with Proposal Managers, Capture Managers, Writers, and Graphic Artists.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience coordinating Federal Government proposals.
• Strong ability to interpret and understand Government solicitation documents.
• Proven experience managing multiple proposals and coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel and work onsite with bid teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple concurrent proposal projects and maintain real-time status updates.
• Maintain configuration control and perform SharePoint administrative tasks for proposal sites.
• Prepare proposal templates aligned with RFP requirements and the Compliance Matrix.
• Provide desktop publishing support for all proposal milestones.
• Create and maintain the proposal wall (virtual and hard copy).
• Coordinate proposal logistics including scheduling rooms and setup.
• Maintain proposal library by archiving files.
• Prepare Production Plans and submission notes detailing formats and naming conventions.
• Coordinate with Graphic Artists for submissions and proofing edits.
• Collaborate with Proposal Managers, Capture Managers, Proposal Writers, and Graphics.
• Lead on low-complexity proposals with additional leadership responsibilities.
