We are seeking senior proposal managers with 4+ years experience to help train AI language models by crafting and refining AI-generated presentations and slide decks for RFPs, orals, and pricing materials.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in proposal management or bid writing at a significant company.

Responsibilities

• Lead RFP responses and orals presentations to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows (RFP documents, orals decks, executive summaries, win themes, compliance matrices, pricing slides).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure high quality, compliant, persuasive slide decks and proposals for AI model training projects.
