Job summary

Fifth Third Bank is seeking a Property Portfolio Manager II to oversee a portfolio of owned and leased properties, aligning occupancies with business needs and corporate goals. You will develop asset management plans, forecast budgets, and coordinate with internal partners to deliver exceptional real estate services.

This role requires strong budgeting and project management, with vendor leadership and a focus on risk control and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Two years of property management experience including managing vendors and understanding lease/real estate terms.
• Portfolio management for owned and leased properties across geographically dispersed assets.
• Ability to develop, execute and manage operating budgets and capital plans.
• Strong business acumen and financial literacy.
• Ability to collaborate across HR, IT, Finance, partners and external vendors.
• Excellent analytical, negotiating, problem solving and influencing skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage operating budgets, including forecasting and variance reporting for assigned properties.
• Create and execute asset management plans aligned with market real estate strategies.
• Plan and implement asset preservation projects for designated properties.
• Foster relationships with area leadership and internal/external partners.
• Deliver property management services per defined standards and policies.
• Inspect properties to identify deficiencies and coordinate improvements.
• Manage service providers to achieve operational excellence.
• Oversee lease agreements and campus/vendors, participate in disaster preparedness.
• Provide professional and superior customer service.
