Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a detail-oriented professional to coordinate patient engagement and study operations within Oncology and Cardiology. The role focuses on demographic enrollment targets, documentation, and tracking key study metrics while enabling cross-functional communication.

You will help prepare agendas, track action items, and support governance meetings. The position leverages AI-assisted tools to optimize project workflows and improve overall study performance.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in clinical research, project coordination, or related roles.
• Experience in pharmaceutical settings (pharma company/CRO) is preferred.
• Experience using AI tools or creating AI agents/automations is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide project support and administrative coordination across multiple initiatives.
• Act as a proactive team member, balancing strategic and operational responsibilities.
• Support patient engagement, recruitment, and retention strategies for clinical studies, primarily within Oncology and Cardiology.
• Collaborate closely with internal cross-functional teams to support study execution and project objectives.
• Contribute to process improvements and help drive project initiatives forward with ownership and accountability.
• Leverage AI tools and automation solutions to improve team efficiency and support project-related activities.
