Job summary

itD is seeking a Project Coordinator IV to drive technical product operations and program execution across multiple products and platforms, using data, automation, and AI-assisted solutions to improve product quality and outcomes. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in strategy, operations, or PM and strong SQL skills.

Location is Remote – United States with hybrid options in NYC, Menlo Park, DC, and Seattle. Duration is 5 months; direct W2 candidates only, sponsorship not provided.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or PM
• Advanced SQL proficiency with CTEs, window functions, joins, and data transformations
• Experience with AI agents and AI-assisted workflows to accelerate analysis
• Expert Google Workspace proficiency, especially Sheets, formulas, pivots, and automation

Responsibilities

• Drive program execution across multiple products and platforms, launching 0-to-1 initiatives and accelerating delivery
• Analyze product data using advanced SQL to identify trends and inform decisions
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for real-time decision-making
• Leverage AI-assisted tools to automate workflows and prototype solutions
• Identify risks and develop data-backed mitigation plans to keep initiatives on track
• Coordinate with product, engineering, legal, and cross-functional stakeholders
• Develop structured documentation and operational processes to improve efficiency and scalability
