Qualifications

• 10+ years in large-scale tech/operational transformation
• Experience leading cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders
• Experience in technology modernization, automation, and process improvement
• Strong project governance, budgeting, and risk management skills
• Proven ability to communicate with executives and develop business cases

Responsibilities

• Lead complex cross-functional programs supporting Quality, Operations, and Technology
• Manage delivery of strategic initiatives including automation, cloud technologies, and workflow modernization
• Partner with senior leadership to identify opportunities and develop business cases
• Coordinate portfolios across capabilities to ensure alignment and execution
• Drive governance, reporting, risk management, and stakeholder communications
• Develop project plans, forecasts, and performance metrics
• Support change management, training, and adoption planning
• Establish KPIs and reporting to measure business value
