Qualifications

• 2+ years leading medium to large IT projects.
• 2+ years in healthcare technology environment.
• 2+ years leadership experience overseeing cross-functional teams.
• Experience managing schedules, budgets, risks, and deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Lead medium to large IT projects across full lifecycle using established methodologies, governance, and tools.
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, resources, risk logs, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Gather requirements from business and technology stakeholders and translate into structured plans.
• Oversee project financials including capital and operating budgets, forecasts, and cost tracking.
• Evaluate solutions, support vendor selection, contract alignment, and third-party implementations.
• Facilitate cross-functional sessions, stakeholder reviews, risk assessments, and status reporting.
• Manage customer expectations and proactively address risks, issues, and blockers.
• Support operational readiness, QA, business process improvements, and transition to support teams.
• Mentor associate PMs and promote project management best practices.
