The role supports remote work from anywhere in the U.S., with a four-day in-office requirement for Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. candidates.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of progressive IT project management experience leading technology implementations or process improvement initiatives.
• 2+ years of project management experience within a healthcare technology or related healthcare environment.
• 2+ years of leadership experience managing cross-functional project teams and stakeholder relationships.
• Experience managing project schedules, budgets, resources, risks, issues, dependencies, and cross-functional deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Lead medium to large IT projects across the full project lifecycle using established project management methodologies, governance processes, and tools.
• Develop, maintain, and manage comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, resource allocations, risk logs, dependency maps, and project deliverables.
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business objectives into structured, actionable project plans.
• Oversee project financials, including capital and operating budgets, forecasts, cost tracking, and financial performance reporting.
• Evaluate technical and business solutions, supporting vendor selection, contract alignment, and third-party technology implementations.
• Facilitate cross-functional working sessions, stakeholder reviews, risk assessment meetings, and status reporting.
• Manage customer and stakeholder expectations while proactively addressing project risks, issues, and delivery blockers.
• Support operational readiness, quality assurance, business process improvement, and seamless transition of delivered solutions into operational support teams.
• Mentor associate-level Project Managers and champion consistent project management standards and best practices across the team.
