Job summary

TriWest Healthcare Alliance is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large, cross-functional initiatives within the enterprise PMO. You will develop plans, dashboards, and reports, coordinating with multiple departments to ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires 5+ years of managing complex projects, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Project/Visio. DoD context; US citizenship required; located in Phoenix area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business, Technology or related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing multifaceted enterprise-wide projects/teams.
• Experience delivering presentations and reports to leadership.
• Strong proficiency with MS Office including Project, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional projects within the ePMO.
• Draft and maintain formal PM documentation and dashboards.
• Collaborate with enterprise business units to implement process improvements.
• Educate and mentor staff on project management tools and techniques.
• Communicate effectively with senior management and executives.
