Job summary

Princeton10 in New York is seeking a Project Director to mentor project managers and senior PMs, partner with account and creative leaders, and steward the success of major client engagements. You will balance client service with delivery science, ensure engagements are strategically sound, financially responsible, and executed with Princeton10’s hallmark intentionality and passion.

Reporting to the Head of Project Management, you will drive PM practices, shape processes, and uphold excellence

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, business, project management, or related field.
• 6–10 years of experience in project management within a pharmaceutical marketing agency.
• Proven success leading large cross-functional client programs and high-value accounts.
• Deep knowledge of MLR processes in the US and/or Canada.
• Exceptional leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills.
• Strong financial acumen with forecasting and margin management.
• Expertise with project management systems and tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of complex, high-value multi-channel pharmaceutical campaigns.
• Partner with account leads and creative leadership to meet strategic and regulatory requirements.
• Anticipate risks, resolve issues, safeguard timelines and budgets.
• Lead knowledge-sharing, training, and uphold PM excellence across the team.
