• Proven cross-functional project management across technical, business, and operations teams.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical industry and drug development.
• 5+ years in pharma/biotech discovery chemistry.
• Experience with CRO/CMO is a plus.
• Proficient with MS Office, especially MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Lead project initiation, planning and execution to meet scope, time, and budget.
• Collaborate with client, technical and business development teams.
• Represent company in meetings, prepare agendas and track actions.
• Support business development through client visits and conferences.
• Assist in generating Quotations/Proposals/Change Orders.
