STA Pharmaceutical, a WuXi AppTec Company, is seeking a Senior Manager/Associate Director, CMC Project Management. The role oversees DS and DP projects from proposal through completion, interfacing with clients, technical teams, and business development.

Bilingual English and Mandarin is required; remote work within the Eastern Time Zone. Responsibilities include planning, scheduling, budgeting, client liaison, and participation in business development like client visits and conferences.

Qualifications

• Masters (MS) or PhD in Chemistry or Pharmaceutical Sciences.
• 2+ years of pharmaceutical or CRO/CMO industry experience preferred.
• Must be bilingual (fluent in English and Mandarin).
• Experience in a CRO or CMO is preferred, but not required.

Responsabilités

• Assist BD in preparing quotations/proposals with inputs from key stakeholders.
• Plan and implement projects. Establish objectives, timelines, and deliverables; define tasks and resources.
• Closely monitor progression to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery; report progress to stakeholders.
• Support technical team to investigate issues and implement corrective actions.
• Serve as liaison for client contacts and manage day-to-day communications.
