Job summary

William Vitacco Associates is seeking a Senior Project Manager based in the United States to lead high-visibility zoning and building code initiatives. This fully remote position requires periodic travel to New York City for key meetings and inspections.

The ideal candidate has at least 10 years of experience and a strong background in managing complex projects. We offer a competitive salary range of $110,000 – $150,000, plus bonuses, alongside a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in building code, zoning, construction management, or a related field.
• Proven record of leading large, complex projects and teams.
• Management experience preferred, with skills in mentoring or supervising staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive-level project management for building code and zoning projects.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and the DOB.
• Lead research and retrieval of critical records from NYC agencies.
