Job summary

Milrose Consultants, LLC is seeking a Senior Project Executive, Code & Zoning in New York, NY. This role combines management and hands-on code work, leading a team of Analysts and Consultants to deliver complex zoning and building code projects.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 10+ years of Code & Zoning experience, with strong leadership and client-management skills. Hybrid schedule with extensive engagement at client sites and government agencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, urban planning, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive Code & Zoning experience, including NYC Building Code and Zoning Resolution.
• Proven track record managing a portfolio of concurrent engagements and leading Analysts and Consultants.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to practice strategy, tools, templates, SOPs, and leads knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Holds ultimate accountability for technical accuracy, timeliness, and profitability of the portfolio.
• Reviews performance of direct-report staff and provides coaching and development support.
• Directly oversees Analysts and Consultants and trains new team members in code review and filing practice.
