Job summary

Veritas Partners is seeking a Senior Project Manager (Construction) to lead residential/commercial renovations on multiple NYC-area assets. The role is remote-friendly but requires residing near NYC to support on-site coordination.

You will partner with the Project Director, manage budgets and timelines, review plans with architects and engineers, visit sites weekly, and drive ESG targets across buildings. Experience with multifamily or co-living projects is highly valued.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of residential/commercial construction project management experience.
• Renovations experience is a major plus.
• Experience with multifamily or co-living projects is a major plus.
• Spanish speaking is a plus but not required.
• Direct collaboration with general contractors is required.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Director in budgets and timelines for asset renovations.
• Manage RFP process for architects and engineers.
• Review architectural and engineering plans; coordinate design phase.
• Manage project budgets and drive schedules.
• Visit construction sites weekly and report status to Project Director.
• Support building opening phase - test MEP systems and handover to Property Management.
• Assist with FFE installation with Procurement Manager.
• Assist with monthly and quarterly reporting to Regional Manager and Management Board.
• Push sustainability goals and ESG targets across buildings.
