Job summary

Milrose Consultants, LLC, is seeking a Sr. Project Executive for Code & Zoning in New York, NY. You will own a portfolio of code and zoning engagements, lead a team of analysts and consultants, and directly engage with clients and agencies to advance complex projects.

Ideal candidate has 10+ years of code & zoning experience, a Bachelor's in a related field, and proven leadership. This role offers a hybrid schedule in New York and growth opportunities within the firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, urban planning, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive Code & Zoning experience including NYC Building Code and Zoning Resolution.
• Proven leadership experience managing a team of Analysts and Consultants.

Responsibilities

• Strategic & Portfolio Leadership: contribute to practice strategy, tools, templates, SOPs, and lead sessions and papers.
• Team Leadership & Internal Coordination: oversee Analysts and Consultants and train new members in code review and filing practices.
• Client Relationship Management & Direct Project Involvement: act as primary Code & Zoning relationship owner and engage on complex matters with clients and agencies.
• Problem Solving & Execution: resolve roadblocks, manage escalations, and attend meetings presenting data.
