Sevan Multi-Site Solutions is seeking a seasoned leader to oversee a national grocery retailer’s store reinvestment and construction portfolio. The role partners with senior client leadership to plan, budget, and deliver multi-site programs across the U.S., with 30–40% travel and a remote work setup.

You will drive planning, execution, and performance across projects, managing teams and relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, and vendors to secure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of construction program leadership experience.
• Experience leading multi-site retail or grocery construction programs.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-site retail and grocery construction programs from planning through execution.
• Partner with senior client stakeholders to establish program strategy, budgets, schedules, and priorities.
• Oversee financial performance, forecasting, contract administration, and risk management.
• Manage and develop project teams while driving accountability and execution excellence.
• Build strong relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, and vendors.
• Identify opportunities to improve program performance and expand client partnerships.
