Job summary

Sevan Multi-Site Solutions is seeking a Construction Project Manager for national grocery and supermarket programs. You’ll act as an Owner’s Representative, overseeing multi-site projects from pre-construction through completion, coordinating contractors, architects, and vendors while keeping safety, schedule, and budget in check.

The role requires Senior PM experience in grocery/big-box retail, with strong communication and risk management skills.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of construction multi-site project management experience.
• Grocery, supermarket, big-box retail, or large-format retail construction experience preferred.
• Experience leading remodel store construction is critical.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Owner's Representative throughout full project lifecycle.
• Manage multiple grocery/supermarket projects and locations.
• Lead projects through pre-construction, bidding, permitting, construction, turnover, and closeout.
• Coordinate general contractors, architects, engineers, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Monitor schedule, budget, scope, quality, and safety.
• Review drawings, specifications, and bids; provide client recommendations.
• Conduct regular jobsite visits and manage change orders and costs.
