Qualifications

• Master’s degree required; alternative: Bachelor’s + 2 years of relevant experience in Life Sciences.
• Associate’s degree + 6 years in Life Sciences field accepted.
• High school diploma + 8 years in Life Sciences field accepted.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scientific data and support key business functions.
• Quality-check data for sharing and coordinate cross-functional work.
• Improve manual processes in partnership with scientists and business teams.
• Escalate decisions or approvals when needed.
• Prepare instructions or training for new tools.
• Identify and improve repetitive workflows.
• Monitor financial trackers and flag variances for management.
