Job summary

Amgen seeks a Project Management Senior Associate to coordinate scientific data and support key business functions. You will organize data for sharing, manage cross-functional work, and improve manual processes with scientists and data teams. Remote role with occasional travel up to 20%.

You will escalate decisions when needed and maintain governance of data exchanges with internal and external partners, ensuring accuracy and timelines.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent in Life Sciences, or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years coordinating science/data or process administration in Life Sciences.
• Associate’s degree with 6+ years coordinating science/data or process administration in Life Sciences.
• High school diploma with 8+ years coordinating science/data or process administration in Life Sciences.

Responsibilities

• Compile and organize scientific data for sharing in approved formats.
• Coordinate data exchanges with internal and external partners, ensuring content and approvals.
• Monitor data requests with scientists and data owners to streamline procurement.
• Schedule and track internal initiatives, meetings, and follow-ups; maintain action items.
• Build information tools by capturing user needs and documenting requirements.
• Identify manual workflows that can be modernized or automated.
• Monitor financial trackers, flag discrepancies, and forecast variances for management.
