Amgen is seeking a Project Management, Senior Associate to coordinate scientific data and support key business functions in a remote role. You will organize data for sharing, coordinate cross-functional work with scientists, data management, and business teams, and escalate decisions as needed.

Occasional travel up to 20% may be required. Qualifications include a Master’s degree and experience in Life Sciences project coordination.

• Bachelor's degree with 2 years of project coordination experience in Life Sciences or related field.
• Associate's degree with 6 years of project coordination experience in Life Sciences.
• High school diploma or GED with 8 years of project coordination experience in Life Sciences.

• Coordinate scientific data and support key business functions.
• Organize and quality-check data for sharing with scientists and partners.
• Coordinate cross-functional work and improve manual processes with teams.
• Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and track actions for internal initiatives.
• Build information tools based on user needs and document requirements.
• Identify repetitive workflows and explore modernization or automation.
• Monitor financial trackers and flag variances for management review.
