About the Opportunity
Xperior Global is partnering with a large national system integrator delivering complex automation and control solutions across mission-critical and life sciences environments.
Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of high-value engineering projects.
This is a high-impact role offering full ownership of project execution, client relationships, and financial performance—while working on technically complex and meaningful projects.
Role Overview
As Project Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of automation projects, ensuring they are executed:
On time
Within budget
To the highest quality standards
You will serve as the primary interface between clients and technical teams, ensuring alignment on scope, timelines, and expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project execution across scope, schedule, budget, and resources
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers
- Coordinate with engineering and technical teams to ensure successful delivery
- Monitor project progress, risks, and financial performance
- Manage forecasting, cost control, and overall project profitability
- Review project proposals and support accurate project estimation
- Foster collaboration across internal teams and external stakeholders
Requirements
Core Experience
- 10+ years in automation within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry
- Strong experience with DeltaV batch systems
Technical & Industry Knowledge
- Understanding of GMP, CSV, and regulated environments
- Knowledge of batch processes and S88 standards
- Experience with platforms such as:
- Rockwell / Allen-Bradley
- Ignition
- Siemens or similar
Additional Qualifications
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
- Experience in regulated environments (GxP / GMP preferred)
- Familiarity with biopharmaceutical or life sciences processes
- PMP certification (preferred)
