Job summary

DBI Staffing seeks a seasoned Project Manager to run multiple IT and business projects with a PMI-based methodology. You will coordinate across attorneys, clients, vendors, and internal teams to deliver on time and within budget.

The role requires a PMP credential, 8+ years of project leadership, and strong budgeting and stakeholder management skills. Remote-friendly, with the possibility of on‑site client visits as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 8+ years leading IT or business integration projects.
• PMP certification from PMI required and active.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, financials and ROI for projects.
• Ability to lead and motivate cross‑functional teams across vendors, attorneys, and clients.
• Willingness to work overtime and on‑call as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, management, and completion of IT and firmwide projects or programs.
• Collaborate with vendors, attorneys, and business units to develop scope, plans, cost/benefit, risks, and training.
• Define roles, reporting structures, and training requirements for project team members.
• Develop business/process flow charts and perform gap analyses with business and IT.
• Evaluate IT approaches, explore new system developments, and recommend viable solutions.
• Track progress, resources, communications, and end‑user satisfaction to ensure quality.
• Prepare sponsor reports and weekly status updates for IS leadership.
• Work with IS Contract Manager on requirements for RFPs and vendor selections.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
