Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Sr Project Manager for healthcare construction in California. You will manage multiple healthcare projects from initiation through completion, working remotely with up to 30% travel, and collaborating with clients to define scope, budget, and timelines.

The role requires 8–10 years of relevant experience (Bachelor’s preferred) and strong MS Office skills to support project planning, cost control, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred with 8–10 years of relevant experience.
• In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for multiple healthcare projects, including planning, design, construction, occupancy and closeout.
• Work directly with clients to prepare all elements of the project: scope of work, resource requirements, cost estimates and budget, schedule and milestones, quality control, and risk identification.
• Define delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or via the project qualification process; conduct complex RFIs and bid evaluations; recommend resources to clients.
• Facilitate development of a charter and integrated timeline.
• Ensure all functions stay on schedule and issues are resolved or escalated.
• Lead regular meetings to review project status for active and pending projects.
