Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in software industry with 6+ years of project management experience in large-scale deployments, preferably in healthcare services or systems integration.
• PMP or PgMP certification preferred.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Project, Excel, and CRM systems (Salesforce.com), with PSA platforms such as OpenAir and FinancialForce.
• Effective leadership, communication, and social skills with experience managing staff in an operational environment.
• Ability to travel up to 10%

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality software solutions on-time and on-budget, exceeding client expectations.
• Manage all aspects of enterprise-level project delivery, including scheduling, task management, and resource allocation.
• Prioritize and manage expectations across internal and external contributors.
• Keep leadership informed through regular project reviews and ad hoc updates.
• Establish and maintain project plans from kickoff to production rollout, partnering with clients to resolve issues and manage risks.
• Track and report on project status, time usage, and deliverable achievements.
• Provide assistance in the agreement process, including SOW review, effort, and budget estimates.
• Build and maintain solid client and partner relationships, identifying opportunities for additional services and support.
• Other duties as assigned and required.
