Responsabilités

• Oversee planning and execution of project management strategies across multiple projects.
• Collaborate with functional leads to align projects with business objectives and strategy.
• Develop and integrate project budgets and schedules; oversee pre-construction and turnover to field execution.
• Lead pre-bid walks, proposal development, and subcontract estimates; report project status to senior leadership.
• Improve project management standards; oversee risk management and regulatory compliance.
• Mentor PM team and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
