Job summary

EPC Services Company, a leading power/utility engineering consultant and construction firm, is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager for full-time employment. A remote-work arrangement may be considered based on industry experience in Project Management.

The role focuses on strategic planning and management of construction for electrical power, communications, and industrial facilities, including civil, structural, and mechanical disciplines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, or Construction Management.
• Minimum 10 years of project management experience on complex transmission line/substation construction or related high-voltage systems.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Occasional travel required; driving may be needed; ability to pass drug/background checks.

Responsibilities

• Lead EPC projects and programs for large clients, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Provide leadership and mentoring to Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers.
• Oversee project finances, bidding, safety, and administrative tasks.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, and construction activities for turnkey projects.
• Travel as required to project sites and client meetings.
