Job summary

Day & Zimmermann is seeking a Manager of Projects to lead and oversee project management across diverse EPC industrial projects. This remote role requires travel to site visits, meetings, and office visits as needed.

You will coordinate with functional leaders, manage budgets and schedules, and drive pre-construction planning through field turnover, ensuring compliance and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of Project management experience in the EPC industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Proven leadership on large, complex projects.
• Experience bidding and managing contracts (T&M, lump sum, firm fixed price).

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning and execution of project management strategies across multiple projects.
• Collaborate with functional leads to align projects with objectives, vision and strategy.
• Develop and integrate budgets and schedules; manage pre-construction to field turnover.
• Lead pre-bid walks, proposals, subcontract estimates; report project status to leadership.
• Improve PM standards; manage risk and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Mentor PM team and pursue continuous improvement.
