Job summary

TE Connectivity is seeking a Sr Project Manager Engineer for a remote-friendly role in the United States. You will drive delivery of high-profile product development projects within a regulated aerospace/manufacturing setting, collaborating with global teams and stakeholders to meet cost and schedule goals.

Remote work is available with on-site or hybrid options for onboarding; up to 10–25% travel may be required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field; five+ years of progressive professional experience.
Experience leading multiple projects in a regulated environment.
Proven ability to deliver customer-facing product development projects.

Responsibilities

All aspects of Project Management from project inception to completion
Collaborate with global multi-disciplinary teams to develop products
Lead risk assessment activities and manage project risks
Develop and maintain the Project Business Case with the Business Office
Create detailed project schedules and resource plans with cross-functional input
Report project status and manage progress against the Plan
Escalate issues and apply change controls
Manage project budget and liaise with Procurement
Serve as TE focal-point for customer-driven projects
Contribute to Continuous Improvement initiatives
