Job summary

World Wide Technology is seeking a Sr. Project Manager for Government Services to support Navy NMCI initiatives. You will plan, execute, and deliver projects in a fast-paced DoD environment, coordinating schedules, resources, and risk management with stakeholders.

A SECRET clearance is required and PMP certification is preferred. Preferred location is San Diego, CA, but remote nationwide work is available for highly qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience managing IT projects in a DoD/DON environment.
• Strong communication with management, technical teams and customers.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, cross‑functional setting.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, measure, monitor, and report on project activities.
• Adhere to PM best practices and suggest improvements.
• Ensure deliverables and documentation are produced on time.
• Develop project schedules and allocate team resources.
• Maintain schedules and identify risks to milestones.
• Collect and analyze project metrics for reporting.
• Provide weekly status updates to leadership and clients.
• Collaborate with other PMs to deconflict resources.
• Lead team sessions to resolve issues and monitor progress.
