Job summary

Mercury Insurance Services, LLC is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead multiple development, infrastructure, and software acquisition projects through full lifecycles. The role emphasizes on-time, on-budget delivery with sponsor satisfaction and cross-functional leadership across teams.

The position supports flexible work arrangements across the United States, with in-person interviews possible. A 4-year degree and 5 years of related PM experience are required, with PMP being a plus.

Qualifications

• 4 year degree in a directly-related area such as Business Management or Computer Science.
• 5 years of directly-related experience in project management, resource management and/or project assessment techniques.
• PMP certification is desirable.
• Strong knowledge of MS Project and project tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Provides a single point of contact for projects and leads cross-functional teams from concept through implementation.
• Develops project charter, plans, estimates, and status reports; conducts meetings and tracks issues.
• Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables.
• Manages vendor tasks for acquisition projects and reviews vendor deliverables.
• Provides project management guidance to technical teams.
• Regular full-time attendance (at least 8 hours per day).
